Shipping Policy - the basics
Orders are processed the following business day unless the an item is being pre-orded or back ordered. We ship orders next day after processing and orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next day and shipped the following Monday. Orders are processed in St.Louis, MO buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Residents of St.Louis will pay state tax on their purchase (5.40%) expected arrival date for domestic orders is approximately 2-5 days from the shipped date. Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS.
Returns & Exchanges
Home-goods and fresh flowers are final sale for sanitary and safety reasons. We offer exchanges for items damaged in transit or defective homeware we missed during processing.The buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost. We hold the right to deny exchange if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
